     From a man who used to focus solely on making money in my business. Then I realized that while money can provide stability, living only for myself and my family isn’t fulfilling enough. It doesn’t satisfy my heart. A life that helps others and makes the world better is truly valuable and meaningful. That’s a life worth living.

 

     Because haven’t eaten meat for 30 years due to compassion and deep love for Hip Hop music, I decided to open a vegan food shop for delivery called MERCY REPUBLIC. Offering food crafted with compassion, blended with the fun, cool of street-style which appears simple yet maintains good taste. So our food embodies the Thai Fusion Street Food style, providing a fun experience with a Fusion menu that is both exotic and crafted from simple original Thai foods. We elevate the deliciousness of Vegan food beyond expectations while retaining a strong Thai flavor—the charm and uniqueness that Thai people know and love, cherished by people worldwide, remains unchanged.

     Just like the fun of Hip Hop beats, although it's simple fun but unpredictable. A beat that makes you want to move as soon as you hear it. Just bobbing your head to the beat can be fun. But at the same time, it never stops with the same things. There are always new beats being created. The only thing that remains the same is the charm and uniqueness of Hip Hop that has never changed.

         

     MERCY REPUBLIC provides food crafted with 4 kinds of compassion: animals, health, fellow humans and the environment.

     1.Be kind to animals: Our food is sourced ethically, ensuring no harm, torture, or killing of any living being. A portion of our profits is donated to projects that save the lives of cows and buffaloes.

 

     2. Be kind to your health: We prioritize organic or non-toxic vegetables.

 

     3. Be kind to fellow humans: We source vegetables directly from local communities, supporting their better livelihoods. A portion of our profits goes toward supporting social foundations.

     4. Be kind to the environment: Choose biodegradable packaging. Reduce the use of plastic as much as possible. Consider all impacts that will occur on the environment from operations responsibly.

 

     Who determined that a merciful person must appear neat and tidy, and that a person with full-arm tattoos, ear piercings, eyebrow piercings, or nose piercings can’t be merciful? Who determined that vegan food must contain only green vegetables?
